Dr. Hema Jonnalagadda is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist and the founding physician of Advocare Montgomery Gynecology in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. With over 17 years of experience since completing her residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 2006, she offers comprehensive, compassionate care to women of all ages. Her practice emphasizes a holistic approach, integrating mind, body, and spirit, and she is committed to evidence-based medicine with a thoughtful openness to innovation.


Dr. Jonnalagadda earned her medical degree from Gandhi Medical College in Hyderabad, India, in 2000. After moving to the U.S., she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. She practiced full-scope obstetrics and gynecology at Pennsylvania Hospital and within the Inspira Health Network for six years before establishing her private practice in 2016.

Beyond her clinical practice, Dr. Jonnalagadda is an advocate for women's health education. She has participated in community outreach programs, including providing free gynecological exams for uninsured women in Southern New Jersey, conducting surgical camps for rural

women in India and delivering breast cancer and menopause awareness talks to local communities.
